I returned to Canada and realised eventually (the Italian voices on the CD didn't give it away?) that this was a BOOTLEG! A very rare and very grey-area document. Since then, I've done the usual things - I've paid for boots (which I learned is a HUGE no-no with tape traders), had them given to me, traded for them and signed up for Tape Trading Trees on the Net. (Wow - thank God for technology or I'd probably still only have that REM CD).
I'm pretty easy going as a trader and for the most part, the only problems I've ever had are ones I've caused myself (I sent one guy three blank discs forgetting to burn the shows he wanted!) Please don't let that story scare you off trading with me - I'm harmless if absent-minded sometimes. How about dropping me a line and let me know what you've got and what you see that you want. I'm open to any reasonable offers.
